I offer competitive prices for boiler servicing. Having your boiler serviced annually is important as it can help to keep appliances safe and ready for when we need them in the colder weather. 

Boiler and Heating repairs

As with all mechanical and electronic parts, they can go wrong. I aim to attend any boiler or heating breakdown within 24hrs. My number one priority is to repair the appliance or part first time and keep you warm. However, sometimes things need parts I can't carry. I will make it my priority to source the part required and keep our customers in the loop at all times. My rates are fair and come down to the nearest half hour.

Landlord Gas Safety Checks

Landlords have a responsibility to ensure that all gas supplies and appliances are checked annually. This is to ensure gas safety for their tenants who live in their properties. Power and Chemical Flushing

Power and or chemical flushing is a way of keeping the water inside your heating system clean. It can help preserve many components of your boiler, and help to ensure your system runs as efficiently as possible.

Unvented Hot Water 

I am certified to install and maintain unvented hot water systems. There are certain safety features with these cylinders which ideally should be checked annually to ensure safe operation.
